I started (again) last Saturday. Found & joined FS. This week I basically had the same meals each day. Cut my usual food portions by 1/2 by keeping to "proper" serving sizes (per google). No liquor, no juice and no soda. Today is my weigh in day and I procrastinated this morning. I weighed in at 296.8. I know it's a crazy high #. But for real I was more than 300lb, but I didn't have the heart to write a # higher than that. So I'm like WHAT!!!

Cutting portion sizes is paramount to success. It's the hardest thing for most dieters to accept and practice. To eventually look like a normal person, one must eat like a normal person. So you're off to a good start, Benjamin!
