Decided no more quick carbs. Going to try and slowly phase carbs to around 100g a day.

That means no more cereal and no more soymilk.

And of course, more fat (not more then 35% of total calories) and protein.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
