WOOOO WHOOO!!! I DID IT!

I made my weekly goal and it is only Tuesday! Could this be the week I see the 170's? Maybe? Possibly!!

I feel so great! Yesterday I spent 2 hrs working out. 1 1/2 hrs aerobics and 30 mins yoga. It was great! Tonight I have my exercise class and can not wait til I go. I like it more for the socialization aspect rather than the exercise aspect.

I have been recording Gilad on fit tv, wow does he give you a workout. He is funny too. He has a camel and an Israeli guy that tries so hard to do the steps. He also has a belly dancer. Its fun.

I am so excited!! 180! It has been more than 8yrs since I have seen that number! Wow! I feel good nah nah nah nah nah nah nah!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
