I have cut down a bit on the calories and my weight is dropping pretty quickly. Since this weight loss is faster than I'm really looking for I'm going to have to stop that.

Never-the-less it is nice to be losing weight again after a week and a half of my weight fluctuating around 224.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
