早餐8:30 大熱拿
中餐 桃園柚子花花
下午 拉💩2-3次(平常早上上完就沒有了)
16:30左右微微想吐感咳幾聲
17:30左右微微心跳快
19:00 吃半碗炒飯+烤雞肉脖子屁股
51.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
