I could tell my stomach was not as bloated so I weighed again. Too soon but I lost .8 pound yeah!!! I stopped drinking the coffee at work and I haven't had peanuts in about a week. I'm going to eventually reintroduce peanuts but they can keep that coffee. It bloats me.
