It's been a big day today.
I decided to take a shot at increasing my jog time. When I hit the 30-minute mark I said ok at least another 15 and we'll see from there. But I was mind-wondering and the next time I looked at the clock I was at 52. So I decided to go for the full hour. Did it! Then it was time to take a shovel to the 9 or 10 inches or so of snow that had accumulated from the past three nights. That took a little more than an hour for that. Then, since we were in the upper 20's, but with a LOT of sunshine, the puppy begged for her walked, to which I obliged. Been doing weekend chores ever since.
A full day with no complaints....well....other than the fact that my calves are SCREEMING for mercy. LOL! Hope you all had a good weekend, mine has just begun. Enjoy! :)
