Although the weigh-in was 2 hours early, I'm still disappointed in this number. Should have been lower. Doing good though. Tomorrow is another day. We'll see where a full day of workouts gets me.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
