I find it harder to loose this last ten pounds. I already gave up white bread, pasta, rice. I don’t eat much meat, chicken, turkey, plant bacon and plant sausage. Egg whites, fruit , vegetables and nuts. I eat oats, malt o meal, cream of wheat. I use unsweetened almond and coconut milk. I don’t drink soda. I have a green smoothie almost every day with PB 2 powder 1/2 half a banana and dark green romaine lettuce. I use artificial sweeteners. I do have a lot of carbs some days. Typical breakfast 1/3 cup oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, decaf coffee w/ fat free French vanilla non dairy creamer and light cream and sweetener. Typical lunch Green smoothie, made with unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana , romaine 1.5 oz. Typical dinner, steamed chicken thigh and steamed broccoli @ carrots. I try to keep snack servings under a 100 calories with low carb and fat. It might take me a while to lose the last ten pounds, but I am not giving up anything else. Working on keeping salt intake down to under 1000 to stay off water pills.
