Woke up with a headache this morning, but got my butt up and out the door for my weight training and cardio... Next gym visit will complete my 4th week of circuit weight training... 4 to go to complete 8 weeks... doing very well as far as staying on track and not missing one gym session... except for my sick week in the beginning... I ache, but I am determined to be under 120lbs by summer... I want to see if losing this extra 20+ lbs will make my chol. and glucose number go down... I want my body to look slimmer and feel better this summer...
