早餐 一樣
中餐 鴨胸飯沒吃飯 食慾不錯
但吃完開始噁噁 漲漲的
晚餐 吐司一片 蛋 酸菜 鵝真(沒吃什麼

49.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
