dengan 1200 kalori makan komplit tdk ada tarak jenis makanan tertentu + OR 15 menit, tidur 6 jam, minum air 2300 ml tetap bisa turun step by step. rencana perbaiki tidur spy lebih bagus untuk kesehatan.. Fighting !!
53 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
