I just gotta get in a grove of things :( people keep telling me so many different things! It is driving me CRAZY.....Some people say calories and some say carbs and some say it all needs to be from the earth....YET i cant afford alot of the "healthy stuff" and its becoming more a JOB than I want to make it :(

awww I feel so bad for you having to go through that, I went through it too a while back. I stopped trying to follow someone else's diet and follow my own! I set goals and restrictions I could live with and it greatly helped me. I can't afford a lot of the healthy stuff either and even if I could I rarely get to go into town to buy it! When I first started my weightless journey I mainly focused on kicking bad habits like high sugar intake (less or no candy&soda), far less greasy foods and high fat foods like pizza and just simple things like walking around the house once in a while to get my body moving.. even small things you do can have big effects on your weight. You shouldn't treat it like a diet, but a life style because unless you keep up with it you could gain it back (I gained it back a few times because I went back to eating unhealthy stuff)

And on top of that, such a small gain is not failing yourself! I've done much worse on a regular basis! lol You're doing fine <3 believe in yourself! I believe in you!

thats how I feel. It dont help financial situations are making live back at home and they dont see having "cupcakes" are enabling a hard enough food already. Its like a cigarette to someone or crack to someone else. :( sucks

Do what feels comfortable and right for you. It's great to draw from others experience,but at the end of the day, it has to work for you. Good luck.
