I don't understand the gain. I have followed my food diet to a T, logged everything and weighed every bit of food. I started a pilates/yoga exercise program and have completed every workout so far. I've met my steps goal every day. I don't understand why I've gained weight and I'm really quite bummed about it to be honest. If anyone has any insight on the matter, I'd love to hear it.
109.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

my weight is a yo-yo it will go up and then it comes back down no explanation just hang in there you are doing great good luck I hope your surgery was a success

I hate it when it happens!! I was told though, if you compare the average weight loss week by week (instead of obsessing about it daily), you’d notice that you are actually losing weight. Also, the scale is sometimes stupid!
