I had a rough year. My father passed from leukemia and I got very depressed. I reached my top weight ever of 239. I've so far lost 13 pounds but really need to get myself back to where I want to be. Going on a strict diet.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Would reccomend you take your time instead of a strict diet. Dont make it harder on yourself, just take it easy.

Devastating circumstances can make us do things like comfort eat. Be gentle with yourself, as you've been through a trauma. You will get there. Every day, allow yourself to feel what you are feeling, and when you can, thinking of one thing you can do for yourself for some TLC. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Losing a parent is hard! I'm so sorry for your loss.💜🙏 Begin your journey by eating healthy, not worrying so much about dieting. Try to get some type of exercise in, and remember, slow and steady wins the race.💜💜💜

Oh I can relate so much... Beware, and let yourself grief and don't restrict your feelings. in my case, i instantly obtained an eating disorder, after losing my dad from the same cause. take care of yourself
