Would reccomend you take your time instead of a strict diet. Dont make it harder on yourself, just take it easy.

Devastating circumstances can make us do things like comfort eat. Be gentle with yourself, as you've been through a trauma. You will get there. Every day, allow yourself to feel what you are feeling, and when you can, thinking of one thing you can do for yourself for some TLC. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Begin your journey by eating healthy, not worrying so much about dieting. Try to get some type of exercise in, and remember, slow and steady wins the race.💜💜💜

Oh I can relate so much... Beware, and let yourself grief and don't restrict your feelings. in my case, i instantly obtained an eating disorder, after losing my dad from the same cause. take care of yourself
