Lots of activity and running around yesterday.
3-4 hours in garden too.
Very little snacking apart from some grapes, an apple and a banana. So pretty healthy. Had usual breakfast and a tuna pasta lunch.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
