Don't forget the transferring of fat weight to muscle weight as you work out. Which may explain no weight loss but inches lost. Wish I had measured myself besides weighing and maybe wouldn't have had the mental struggle of weight loss in the beginning.

Thank you Ann I know weight loss is a roller coaster I just keep measuring and weighing the food it will come off and the numbers will change as time goes on I just look at the big picture of 1 month in and I lost 14 inches and 15 lbs. the weight loss was before i started on the website.
