I didn't eat anything bad yesterday. My daughter and I also figured out exactly how many calories to eat at each meal and snack. We figured it out to maintain my weight now, and how much I should be eating when I'm at my goal weight. So as long as I stay inbetween the two, I will be in great shape! I am loving that I am finally in the 220's. I haven't been this weight in a VERY long time!!
