I have been so exhausted the past few days, I can't seem to wake up and my sleep has been restless. I saw no change on the scale yesterday but I am not deterred. I want to get below 170 so so badly. I feel like the first couple of weeks on my diet I lost 10 pounds like it was nothing, now I am fighting to lose about 2 pounds a week. I'm not sure what I should do...
