Wasn't sure whether or not to include this number due to when it was but I'll go with it. I had already run and ate an orange and drank plenty of water.

I did my run...C2-10K Week3 Day 2.

I'm also going to dig out a friend in need later today so I will not do T25. I may stop T25 for now and incorporate some weights instead.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
