It has been awhile since I have been on a diet or should I say lifestyle change.

I have a 7 month old son and weigh more now then when I was pregnant.

I re-joined Weight Watcher last week on the 23rd. I have to weigh in on the 30th and hopefully will have good news.

My goal right now is 10% or about 20 lbs. I will keep you posted.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

You can definitely do this! WW is an amazing program, and I guarantee you'll see the results. I've been on it for a few years and recently reached my biggest milestone...losing 100 lbs. It takes time, but it you put in the effort you'll be fine!
