Even though I try to make sure I burn more calories than I eat- and for the most part I have- I am not really losing. I am going to try to keep my calorie intake at 1500 or below. I think I am just eating too much.

It would have been below yesterday...but I ate a piece of cake. I had NO IDEA a 3oz chunk of fluff could have that many calories!! I didn't even have frosting! I was just really surprised. It wasn't even good either :(
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I first started, I logged food for a couple of weeks, then figured out my "usual" amount and then started with 500 calories a day less than that. Good luck, and sorry to hear about the cake disappointment!
