Ok. Back on track, headed in the right direction. I hit the gym super hard Monday and Tuesday. Today not so much... had to make an emergency purchase (washer and dryer! Ours had had enough!) But I'll be back there tomorrow. Working it off!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
