Did not expect a big drop for today as yesterday was a major off day, Drove my mother over to Jacksonville to visit her sister. Of course Aunt Faye cooked a lunch that could feed 6 plus dessert, amazingly managed to leave with only one bag of home made cookies. So imagine my surprise at the scale was down 3 pounds which puts me past 50 lbs down since March 1st this year. I'll have a big smile on my face all day.
