Tuesday: 10 Lunges, 10 Sit Ups, 20 Jumping Jacks
Wednesday: Break Day
Thursday: 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Crunches, 90 minute belly-dance class
Friday: 30 Jumping Jacks, 15 Crunches
Saturday: 40 Jumping Jacks, 20 Crunches
Sunday: 50 Jumping Jacks, 25 Crunches

Salad every day but Sunday.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
