We put off our second day of biking 'til later in the evening because of 91° heat and hail at ~6pm. Finally made it out after our salad dinner at ~9:45pm (and it was still 80° that late!) for a 7.5 mile ride with a lightning storm and a great trail over the highway!
95.8 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
