I know what I need to do to not gain..less carbs
119.0 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

You got that right. But eat protein. Meat & veggies my thing. If don’t do meat try peanut butter with no sugar snickers. Very good. I have to stay away from beans cause of carbs but high in protein. Good luck 🍀

Also, 6,4,7 bread good or wheat & flax seed pitas 60 calories for whole one, I eat 1/2, & 4.5 carbs. Ole tortilla are big. 50 calories & 15 carbs. 🍀
