ugh I don't know how this happened! I've been so careful! I guess I am going to have to stop my Friday night dinner cheat meals 😬 Well today is a new day and a new chance to get back on track!

Hi Vicky - you are likely right about the culprit. One cheat meal can take a whole week of deficit eating out in one fell swoop! Great to learn from your own experience and apply it to the future!
