Hi everyone
Having finally figured out how to post I thought I would say a little about myself. I get so inspired reading all your posts. 63, female, retired and living the dream in a caravan park on the SW coast with my amazing husband. Gave up smoking after a cancer scare 18 months ago. That plus lockdown and being post menopausal resulted in gaining weight. (Not helped by my addiction to red wine). Trying to walk more, eat twice a day between 12 and 8. No sugar or snacks. Only having wine at the weekends. Would appreciate some advice about macros. Best wishes to all of you 😀
71 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don’t pay to much attention to macros but I do make sure I get 85-100g protein a day

Get eating protein and if you do exercise eat more. There are calculators online but base rule for sedentary adult should consume 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound.
