•aku meliat ,mndgr ,merasakan aku berjaya lose 20 kg dlm masa 6 bulan
•setiap hari aku bertindak aku berjaya lose 20kg dlm masa 6 bulan

kesyukuran
hari ni aku ada kesedaran dri diet aku bertindak semua.
strt dri permakanan aki akan berjaya
aku syukur aku dberi kesedaran mndot hidayah dri Allah..
syukur aki mkn maknan sohat no sugar 2 teaspoon. garam only 2500mg 1/2teaspoon
no bicarbonated drinks
no syrup drinks
only water, cocoa, homemade drinks


syukur suami call video sebb rindu
syukur ada masa me time dlm masa 35 hri ni. Allahuakhbar.. syukur
syukur Allah bgi masa hidup bernafas lagi
syukur badan sihat
syukur Allah bgi duit yg cukup

syukur.. anak d utamakan sebb amanah
