昨天因為不舒服沒有做運動,順便當作休息,看看會不會因為不怕熱量不夠就會繼續燃燒熱量。體重是下降了沒錯,但是我的體質卻上升耶!!超驚人的(好在內臟脂肪沒增加),也太可怕了吧,我現在真的是泡泡泡芙人了吧(比泡芙人還要拋)OMG⋯⋯今天有再做運動。就好好等待明天的變化
