哇!好開心啊~我的體重終於又動啦~但是魔秤上體脂雖然也降了一點,但其他數據似乎也都跟著下降耶(不會吧⋯到底哪裡有問題)。上面說運動量不夠,不過我現在比較好奇我的熱量攝取耶,一、我覺得我每餐都吃的很好,但是這樣都吃不到基本熱量,會不會囤積成脂肪。二、但照理來說這樣的量應該不動也能瘦啊?難道我紀錄📝時手下留情了嗎?為了突破這樣的迷思,我今天打算把運動強度提高!!明天看看體脂到底降有沒降。
