昨天在23:00~2:00有深眠跡象,所以會不會昨天甜食攝取太多,而且運動的強度還好,但早睡,睡得還不錯(所以造成體重上升🔝,但是體脂下降⬇️)所以可以繼續保持之前的熱量,但是早睡~
運動也改成在晚餐正餐後1小時進行。終於!!!今天一早千方百計喝了500cc的水、吃了維他命C、D、蔓越莓錠、排便中藥、空腹7分鐘運動,千呼萬喚「屎」出來,上了兩次,雖然量不多,但至少有上,上完很開心🥳
