昨天吃炸雞排今天體脂居然降了1%,超開心🥳的~表示之前蛋白質攝取不夠?然後在飯後運動看起來也沒影響(只是這樣工作要盡量早上完成)
原本想說多攝入點蛋白質,但是10:00才吃鹹酥雞太晚了,而且還超過12:30睡覺OMG,然後運動也沒做多少
