Yikes. I am not doing this the right way.

A break up led to not eating, which has led to an un-cute 130 (not a toned 130, but a sunken stomach rib cage kinda 130). Need to hydrate and get back on track.

Double yikes.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
