December, I was told I was Type 2 Diabetic, A1C level of 6.7. I opted to control it via diet and exercise. I monitored my diet (and still do) and Carb Count. In April I was retested and brought A1C down to 6.0. Retest again this Dece .Don't need to lose anymore weight.
