最近工作慢慢進入尾聲,忙碌到頭昏眼花🥺吃的東西沒有好好照顧到,碳水澱粉攝取過量了⋯體重上升了不少⋯少了重訓流失的都是肌肉,傷心😢⋯⋯要好好努力一下,把身體健康照顧好😤😤加油💪
