I went up in weight since my last weight change on FS, however I went down since my last actual weight in. I have done well this week! I keep trying to get outdoors for exercise, but it rains, it's really too hot, and the bugs (ewww), and I don't get myself motivated.
So I joined a gym. I signed up on a Tuesday and I went to workout on Wednesday for the first time. Brought my work out clothes for a second go round today.
I have also been eating WFPB and I feel better in many ways! Joint pain gone, sleep improved from 4.5 hours to 7.5. and I lost 5 pounds in a week. I am hoping for half that much in the next week. Not going to kid myself, WFPB is a lot of planning, but it is worth it. A good cook book or two have really helped. I have incorporated some raw meals into my day, started following the raw until 4 plan. Right now I miss hot food and am planning on having a giant baked potato really soon!
Been down in the dumps this week, not even sure why. Some obscure comment made by a coworker set me off. Why do I let anyone in my head like that?
Coworker so not worth my time, *washes hands of it*.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
