I got back from Mexico and was so excited cuz I had not only stuck to a healthy eating and exercise plan while there, but I had also lost 2 lbs and weighed 134. I tried on my goal dress for my birthday scared outta my mind that I wouldn't fit- and surprise surprise it was too big! I was in too good of shape to wear it (I did anyways cuz there was no way that I was missing out on the dress!)

Now it's been over 3 weeks since I got back from vacation and I just weighed myself. I've regained 4 lbs. Dissappointing, but since I've been eating crappy and haven't exercised at all really, I shouldn't be that surprised. Luckily I've got my family back on a healthy eating plan and I'm going to start going back to the gym. I still have a couple more paid sessions, and when I'm out it's time to pull out the old bike and start riding around town until I get a job and can afford to buy another gym pass.

Besides the fresh air will be good for me.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
