體脂36.8% 昨晚入睡時間12:15
昨日運動時長30分鐘(做生理期運動)
今日排便⭕️(一早肚子自己自動痛到大便,還沒吃印加果油,但是我生理期間也比較容易大便或拉肚子)
💋生理期Day2

體脂連降三天~萬歲~一早就大便~萬歲~體重降0.8公斤~萬歲~
光體脂這件事我覺得前面累是值得的,現在真的可以證明我的代謝有提高了(那之前真的是到吸空氣都會胖的等級耶)
