昨天運動時長15分鐘 (做生理期運動)
今日排便⭕️(而且顏色比較黑黑綠綠一些,應該是宿便。後 體重73.2 體脂37.6%)
💋生理期 Day1 (所以昨天才會睡不好?)

耶✌️今天一早的數值好漂亮~第一次看到體重沒下去還能這麼開心,這大概就是那些健身人生聲稱降體脂的喜悅吧!終於自己也體會到了~而且是穩穩的降了一點多趴,表示代謝開始提升了,要keep住啊!
