I hadn't seen any change on the scale for the last three days despite working out a lot more than usual. I figured that my body might be retaining water due to all the exercising so I gave myself a break today. And guess what?!?! I lost another pound, whoo hoo....
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
