Still weak from being sick. Did upper body.
Bench is down to 135x6x3
Down to 3 wide-grip pull ups from 6 per set
Seated Row at 50x3x10 instead of 70x3x12

Ate a lot of protien today, we'll see how that goes.
14.0% Bodyfat according to the Omron.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
