喔喔喔~耶耶耶~今天又回來了,所以生理期真的代謝會比較慢,也會水腫,過了是會回來,但主要還是要保持,這樣經期一過就會瘦瘦喔~如果在經期吃了較多甜食,雖然過後體重沒變,但這樣也就沒瘦到了(瘦子可以拉~但我在減肥)
