昨晚睡不著吃泡麵湯喝完+0.7😱
早餐 香蕉綠茶優若乳
中餐 鮭魚生魚片+湯
下午 大熱拿
晚餐 婆婆餐 冷筍 四季豆 鮭魚(吃很少)
48 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
