Not as big of a drop this week, but I just calculated my actual macros based on my weight/goals. This week was a week of trial and error trying to figure out how to reach my macro goals (which are slightly different than the ones FS set for me). I'll get there, slowly but surely.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
