第一次嘗試23小時斷食
不會覺得餓但卻一直想喝水
睡前還喝了約600毫升的水
然後很難入睡
也感覺嘴巴有一種味道
67.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
