Doing a daily weight, first thing in the morning, in order to correlate the exercise and drinking and salt intake with weight gain/loss. Just an experiment.
76.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
