BACK ON TRACK! Finally it has been a long week of ups and downs on the scale but I am back to a stable number. HALF WAY TO MY GOAL!!! This is big news, deserves a celebration of salad and chicken. Next mini-goal..make it through the weekend without going crazy...fingers crossed.
