After going to bbq did the weigh in this morning and put 0.1kg on so not as bad as I thought.
Waiting for two knee replacements and being able to do much exercise I thinks that’s ok 😊
112 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
